Nina Seghatoleslami is the Founder and Managing Director of 42 Persei, a boutique M&A advisory firm specializing in sell-side transactions for technology companies. She founded 42 Persei to provide transparent, unconflicted advice to tech entrepreneurs, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcomes – on point, on time, and on terms.

With over 10 years of experience in tech M&A and venture capital, Nina has advised on numerous transactions, leveraging her deep industry expertise, strategic insight, and hands-on approach. Before founding 42 Persei, she was a Senior Vice President at Corum Group, where she led M&A transactions for mid-market technology companies. Earlier in her career, she worked in venture capital, gaining first hand experience in scaling innovative companies, and started as a software developer at SAP, bringing a strong technical foundation to her M&A work.

Nina holds a degree in Software Engineering and an MBA. Beyond her work, she enjoys exploring new ventures, mentoring founders, and staying ahead of emerging trends in tech and finance.
